The Shanghai International Automobile City project, which was launched in 2001, has now taken shape after huge investments from the state and enterprises. In particular, the completion of the German City - Anting New Town has attracted more attention. The change of government, the multiple considerations of multiple developers, and the changes in the automobile industry in response to the development of the Chinese market have caused the project to present a development bottleneck. After a lot of investigation, this project has formulated a multi-objective urbanization development strategy based on the current development status of the project. Unlike the unrealizable blueprint-style planning, the new plan is based on the dynamic basis of the ever-changing urban development, and conducts actual current situation investigation and analysis in multiple dimensions of economy, culture, society, and physical form. It also proposes the development of "woven cities" one by one, and achieves a balance between overall control of land development and land diversity on the basis of retaining the development autonomy of smaller plots to facilitate land transactions. Finally, a plan is also formulated for the entry of short-term urban power - "theme city". The automobile theme park is decomposed into the communities of the entire core area, so that commercial and public investment are combined. Thereby activating the street space of the entire core area.
